We’re empowering companies to build ambitious apps that transform their business.

JourneyApps was founded in 2009 and was a pioneer in Digital Connected Worker apps at the dawn of the smartphone era. Since then, we have been pushing the bleeding edge of innovation in high-productivity app development.

Our company core

JourneyApps is a strategic platform for the high-productivity development of mission-critical apps for large industrial companies around the globe.

Our vision is to accelerate the software revolution. We aim to triple the number of professional software developers in the world by making it faster, easier and more fun for people to become proven professional developers.

Our mission is to provide a platform that makes it easy for people to get started with coding, and helps them to smoothly graduate to professional software development, building and shipping real production software systems along their journey.

What's in a name?

People often ask us where the name "JourneyApps" comes from. Since our core strength is apps for Digital Connected Workers, the name comes from the idea of a platform for apps that empower workers that journey out into the field. In fact, these folks are often journeymen.
